- Payments received after 15 days will result in future services requiring payment via Cash, Check, or Credit Card on Delivery.
- Returned checks (for any reason) will include a return check fee of $50.00.
- Payment for returned checks must be made via cash, credit card, or certified funds only within 10 days of notification.
- AEP Heating Oil will not accept a replacement check for a returned item.
